The Blue Ridge Overland Gear Headrest IFAK System transforms wasted vehicle space into a tactical medical station that’s always within arm’s reach. Built with 500D nylon Cordura and all mil-spec materials, this two-piece system combines a versatile headrest panel with a high-visibility red IFAK pouch designed for instant access to medical supplies. The headrest panel features ITW 3-bar sliders and double-sided Velcro for rock-solid mounting on headrests measuring 18 to 25 inches around, while the large loop Velcro platform accommodates different pouches, ID panels, or morale patches for complete customization.
The high-visibility red IFAK pouch is purpose-built for emergency response with a clamshell design that opens completely flat for immediate access to supplies. Four MOLLE webbing inserts keep medical gear organized, while string-reinforced clear vinyl on the front panel allows you to identify contents at a glance. The hook Velcro platform on the front accommodates ID panels, and ITW hardware throughout ensures everything stays locked in place through rough terrain and daily use.
