Loom toys empower women. HIMALAYAN DOG CHEW work’s directly with Women’s Skills Development Organization (WSDO), an NGO and certified non-profit that has been working in Nepal since 1975, to create this line of toys. 100% of the profit from these goes directly back to WSDO.
- The fabric is made from 100% natural fiber and is boiled, washed and dyed with natural products (tea, iron, copper, persimmon, aluminum, pomegranate and Nepalese hops) and washed again.
- The woven cloths are designed, drafted cut and sewn into adorable stuffed toys.
- Handwoven 100% cotton fabric, stuffed with allo wool – the fiber of Himalayan nettle plant.
